Raymond S. Santiago
Raymond is a licensed attorney in the States of New Jersey and New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the District of New Jersey. He has been in the private practice of law since 2002. Prior to private practice, He was a county prosecutor from the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office in New York where he prosecuted and tried serious felony/indictable offenses, misdemeanors and traffic matters including DWI and driving while ability impaired by the consumption of alcohol. Prior to being a prosecutor, he held positions at Main Street Legal Services in Flushing, New York practicing criminal defense. He also worked at the Federal Defender’s Association, Capital Habeas Corpus Unit located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania defending individuals awaiting the death penalty; Harlem Neighborhood Services located in New York, New York; and the New York City Department of Investigations located in New York, New York performing legal research in numerous areas of the law. Mr. Santiago also worked at the United States Pretrial Services for the Southern District of New York assisting the Pretrial Services Officers. He was born in Puerto Rico and ultimately raised in Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Santiago graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the City University of New York School of Law located at Queens College and obtained his Bachelor of science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Jacqueline Boulos, Esq.
Jacqueline is a 2007 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law in New York. She has been working with Santiago & Associates since September 2007, after passing both the New Jersey and New York Bars. Previously, she has worked with New Jersey Legal Services in the domestic violence and landlord tenant areas of law; New York State Division of Human Rights; intern for Judge Joseph Riva of the Passaic County Superior Court, as well as an intern in the counterfeit money department of the US Secret Service. She also participated in family matters as a law guardian for children in the Child Advocacy Clinic, and was an editor of the Family Court Review Matrimonial newsletter which was a semi-annual newsletter of unpublished matrimonial opinions. Jacqueline was born and raised in New Jersey, and is a first generation in the United States from Egypt.

Lisa has been a legal secretary with Santiago & Associates since February, 2007. She assists both attorneys in drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, establishing and organizing client files, maintaining communication with clients and other duties to serve our clients efficiently. Lisa is Peruvian and bilingual in English and Spanish
